Yea I just tried to re render and still just the first 7 seconds
So it finally rendered and uploaded but it's only the first 7 seconds (I did specify time parameters for the upload, about 20 seconds)
All right. I saw that, but the renderer still doesn't have a youtube link up after it supposedly finishing.
I'll host it with something like dropbox next time (mediafire was the only one i had on hand atm)
edit: 'x264 encoding failed' was the contents of the email I just got.
I just got the same bug as Doug did. I was uploading a snakewater_final1 demo to the server, I don't know if you guys'd have that map
I'll be rolling out resolution fixes soon. I figured out what was,going wrong (thanks to rays) and hopefully I can get the entire HUD optimized.
Hopefully you guys can pull it together. I know ESEA has left a pretty bad taste in this community's mouth but I think tri and friends can help erase some bad memories.

and flatline, would i be able to use the rayshud files to fix my current hud?
That would most likely change the style of what you have (it would change the inspect panel entirely and your backpack and loadout panels would no longer have borders/be darker). It's best to wait until valve fixes this or there's a tutorial out (rays told me he would probably start working on one soon).
There's a couple of files you have to edit to kill this bug fully (store, backpack, inspect, and loadout come to mind). My best idea for right now would to use a hud that has fixed this already (rayshud comes to mind).
