Someone told me the ugc websites are down again due to a ddos attack. Also this was posted in a steam group I am in: "Head admins have estimated the website will be up on Monday in the US, which is Tuesday in this region. Please report your match scores as early as you can on Tuesday.
Matches tonight will be played as usual. Leaders are expected to do any further communications over Steam chat while Match Comms is inaccessible."
