I spent this past summer in Guam playing on my data hotspot to get ~120 ping to singapore instead of 200 (isp bullshittery). I would get around 80 to the right hk server but no one besides korean teams play on those lol

EU tf2center is only good for getting you familiar with the format, no one comms and when they do its likely bc they want to yell at someone. If you want to delve deeper I'd advise looking at pug groups and making a recruitment post on ETF2L.
