Aside from the fact that he has a vacc'd alt, does anyone seriously believe that he's cheated in real scrims/matches?
Don't get me wrong, cheating is dumb and should be punished and if you're gonna ban him on principal, by all means, ban him on principal, but has anyone actually watched him play a scrim/match and thought he cheated? I've never even thought of him as fishy, he's good (obviously good enough for invite) but he's not THAT good.

Snookidjcseeing as 2 of the first 4 weeks of the season have been wasted, it'd be nice if they refunded the premiums of people who paid for premium or extended them 2 weeks or something.You could still be using their premium pug service!

If e Platinum's stream you'll see him use the exact same items and occasionally throw the huntsman in there. Some of them only pug/scrim and don't even know every weapon in the game.
Not saying there is anything wrong with letting the best players choose but a lot of them aren't the most knowledgeable IMO.
Thats because most unlocks are garbage and not worth using. That does not mean players are ignorant to what they do. See: loose cannon.
What about the unlocks that are banned? I assume you don't think those are garbage but I haven't seen you use them. Also I remember when the loose cannon was first added a lot (not all) of the invite players didn't even know how it worked.

Team Names and Casts

It's not about censorship, its about tf.tv not wanting to represent the community with casts that have "inappropriate" words in them. That's as much tf.tv's right as it is someone who paid $18 to have a main roster and have the name be whatever they want.
I don't think anyone is saying you have to change your name or you're killing tf2. They just won't cast your matches.
From a professional standpoint (tf.tv), it makes sense, you don't see a lot respectable small businesses with fuck in them. From a casual standpoint (we want fuck), who cares they just wanna play videogames.
TL;DR the first post states the rules if you wanna get casted. If you don't care about being casted, then who gives a flying fuck.
