You misread or I misphrased my post. I meant to imply that altpug would be better for tf2 players during our offseasons because WE don't pay premium. I did not mean to say that ESEA pugs degrade during the offseason.
Gee, I don't know, I might know enough people that have.
Also, 99% (pulled out of my ass) of the best CS players play in ESEA...I bet they put that monthly premium to good use.
Paid sevices tend to weed out trolls...not to say there are zero trolls in ESEA pugs, I've heard some stores.
ESEA pugs are better during the season but since most of us don't pay premium during the off season this sounds useful.

I could bring my laptop and a 60Hz 20" 1680x1050 monitor if anybody would want to use it (60Hz ewwww).
Unfortunately the laptop cannot output 120Hz so even if another monitor was located it couldn't do it. It gets 200+ fps though.

Anyways, streaming at 2500kbps (I've found this works okay for 720p @ 30 fps) will use about 1 GB/hr for upload + whatever TF2 is using (I have no idea)

Well, the maximum length of the bar changes based upon class selection...So I guess you could make it so cookie cutter layout everybody fully buffed is the same length, but if you run heavy or something else it'll be thrown off. And realistically there is always going to be some wacky combination of buffs/damage that it'll never really be able to be referenced to anything other than the other teams health bar.
