in this community for how small it is, and how stubborn people are, basically the current league or leagues need to die and a new one needs to rise up, having 3 leagues is just splitting up the community even more. People have these great ideas i see, but in order for them to work the predecessor needs to die in order for the new to succeed.

Iggynaciowon't call anyone out, but if you're playing against a team that you could probably 5-0 within a half hour don't drag it out. taking over an hour for a match is annoying as fuck anyway, you don't need to make them sit there for 75 minutes with no chance of winning when you can just play your mains and have it done with.
all i'm saying is have some respect for other teams, our community is already small and that kind of shit is unreasonable

- tf2 has gone downhill skillwise
- many oldschool players have gone to overwatch (enigma, seagull, harbleu, clockwork, pyyour, etc)
- you can now basically queue up for a lobby now ingame (matchmaking)
- i52, i55 and i58 were pretty good
i52: epsilon was still a thing but they get rolled by froyo in the finals
i55: froyo is still a thing and they win
i58: froyo is still a thing but surprise surprise its not the same froyo!, all euro final and the team with a coach wins
- demoman is not as good as before
- scout is considered the best class in the game and it's yet to recieve a significant nerf
- you can now run gunboats on pocket without getting criticized
- b4nny plays everything but demo now
- showstopper made probably the biggest upset in na tf2 history
- the old froyotech was the shit now its just a bunch of kids getting microed by b4nny feat. blaze and shade
- ascent / ronin / exertus / elevate / lost in translation / the team with ma3la on it always ended in second place except for one season
- tip of the hats is still going strong
- everyone expects esea to drop tf2 in the future
- everyone still laughs at HL

tbh i haven't read all the comments on this post, but what i don't understand is valve is supporting 6s, why would you want to put money into something that has already been tested millions of years ago. Why and try and make a new format, that is like half 6s and half hl. This honestly makes no sense to me,ye ok it might be fun, but its not going to go anywhere(people are not going to watch this mess i think, its just easier to watch 6s). If i was going to use that kind of money id put it towards a 6s lan, or a 6s cup or something else, valve supports 6s. We should not try and split up the community even more, just put the money towards a 6s tourney, lot more people are going to watch a 6s tourney then what ever mess this will turn into(Let's be real here).
This is just my opinion, i feel like sigafoo cant accept that valve doesn't want to support hl or something, idk, i hope if this goes through that something good will happen. I feel bad for people that only play hl, but hl people need to realize, valve supports 6s(and the class they "main" is just a offclass used in 6s) and if we can put our entire effort into 6s as a community lot more good will come out of it.
