yes what lolguy said you guys should just make your own team, its not that hard to actually lead a team. it just takes consistency with scrims and matches. if you guys need help in not knowing what to do i can walk who ever wants to be the team leader through the basics of running a team. We need more people in open that are willing to lead teams anyways.

No matter how good you are, if you are super toxic people wont want to play with you and the chances of getting on the teams you want to play for are slim. And just flinging out the n word even in pugs, makes people look at you and go i dont wanna play with someone that talks like that on a regular basis. juju has the same problem.
