Well ill demo or sub if you need someone if it isnt too late, i feel bad i know what its like to run a team. Just get a calendar and schedule stuff 2 or 3 days in adv and write it on the calendar and have a notification go off 1 hr before hand. Or get someone else to run the show. Good luck
