that still doesn't negate the fact that you jerk off players better than you and self insert yourself into groups where a majority of people don't like you / want you there
in game he has really good dm and has been improving, but a season on a good open team would help him fix a lot of his mistakes and bad habits that he has
He can probably survive in im but honestly a single season of open on a not dying team would do wonders for him
I'm a bit biased though so take my opinion with a grain of salt
