Honestly, those seasons drag on for so long, you have regular season plus playoffs, and the commitment is massive. I mean, everyone's got their daily hustle, right? So, thinking about it, when you dive into a season in IM+, you're signing up for two matches a week plus all the practice and scrimming. It's no walk in the park for a lot of folks

As previously mentioned, lower divisions and new players in the competitive scene are what drive a competitive scene overall, but what usually attracts players to a competitive scene are the communities. I started playing competitively because my friends invited me to play competitively in 2009. If it weren't for them, I would have never become interested in competitive play. I remember that on a public server I frequented, they held tournaments, and that made me more interested in competitive play. RGL has done an excellent job of attracting newcomers; their administration is very good in the lower leagues, and everything feels professionally executed. This type of system should be copied in Europe. To begin with, the ETF2L website is not very intuitive, and I never liked it.

This is the least toxic game i ever played, i played Dota 2 for many years in competitive and it's far far more toxic than TF2. I've been playing TF2 since 2010 on and off and the community is the nicest, nothing compared to the stress inducing community of Dota 2

I've been using this exploit for a long time and just for pub fun.. The first time i noticed this is when i was testing interp with bots in koth_viaduct and trying to chance interp on the fly, but i was my dirty secret. I never used it in any match because its very noticeable in pov demos.

I bet there's people who know about this exploit for years but its not the kind of things you share with other people.
