although i do like being able to play youtube videos in the steam chat instead of someone linking me something spamming "WATCH IT WATCH IT" and my poor imac can barely keep up

the fact that someone can literally make me freeze when they want in a 6s game by spamming binds that have dumb symbols in them or by joining with a retarded emoji name

also the fact that it takes 3-4 minutes every time to join a server
its fucking annoying when i get baited into joining mge an just as i get into the server a lobby/pug starts up and i have to waste even more time whilst my pc is practically stuck

meanwhile people are yelling at me to "join faster"

i play doom (the classic 1s) & i make multiplayer maps for it
its comp scene doesnt seem active anymore so got nothing to follow there :(

i have a really cool team and we are doing well this season, feel like i am in an environment where i can improve with players that have a similar mindset
i have also stopped losing doom2 duels 20-0 which is great

hey guys, just wanted to take this time to show you guys my latest pasta recipe! i've been improving my techniques lately:

its tagliatelle with a simple sweet & spicy tomato sauce
In short i diced some onions & chillis and lightly fried them off in a big pan with some honey, and then threw in 3 sort-of sliced tomatoes
I let it cook for like an hour, then i did my pasta and tossed it around with the sauce. Came out really nice, i'd recommend trying it!

how the fuck do i play gay in DM? i mean i hardly play it anymore but waddling around going for directs and occasionally jumping is the easiest thing to kill

people overcomplicate dm and mge and get super salty or try play for ELO and shit. here's the mindset i adopt in both practice modes:

- practice hitting directs as soldier
- kill people efficiently as scout i.e. try hit big damage shots as frequently as possible and dodge, you know, DM

it really doesn't get any more complicated than that, obviously you can bomb, take hp packs or whatever but your main focus should be to get good at pure DMing, its not an official game so there's no point completely avoiding risky shots, practice them so in a scrim or offi you're more likely to hit shots and turn a fight around or w/e

also i will personally behead anyone that camps in corners with sticky traps as a demo in DM like dont man the only thing you could possibly improve is your sticky trap reaction time or some shit

hi im on an imac, and after the recent update my tf2 has been crashing after 3/4 map loads, i.e. i'll join an mge server for example, then a lobby, then if i try to join a third server it crashes (sometimes it crashes on the fourth). it's really annoying, i'd like to know if anyone else has this problem and if its exclusive to osx.

there's no crash message when it crashes, it just closes
