if they're planning a huge overhaul with additional small changes like the respawn timer in casual being moved, all we can do is wait
if they are gonna sprinkle some tiny fix patches before dropping the pyro update, we should have some prominent member of the community reach out them and just compile a short list of shit to fix every few weeks or so

I honestly don't know but one very interesting theory one of my old friends had is that euros have more trouble with english in general which messes with cohesion or communication or something so they are more likely to hone their dm to beat other teams in contrast to na where english is more widely spoken
