try reinstalling tf2 one more time, but make sure to delete the whole Team Fortress 2 folder and Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Valve\Source\tf\Settings key
uninstall graphic drivers using DDU and install them again
if you say only TF2, have you tried other Source 1 games (HL2, L4D(2), GMOD)?
does your entire PC freeze or only the game (eg. you can hear music/mumble while the freeze is happening)?
if it's only the game, record the freezing with net_graph 4 on
gedu

MarioManzeu winning a international lan i think is not only healthy for current players to compete more, but also for past players to consider giving the modern gamestate/config a try (i.e tagg considering making a comeback :eyes:).
if there is anyway asia teams/sa teams could come for the next big lan i think we can finally call that a true international lan. (witness sa when)
I've been always annoyed by this but this comment made me finally come out and say it
poland.tf, rgl.gg lan, dortmund, every single i series were international lans - they all featured teams from multiple NATIONS, denver, rewinds, i58, i52 were interCONTINENTAL since they featured teams from multiple CONTINENTS (while obviously also being international)

Remove all configs and launch TF2 with -autoconfig -default in launch options

Reinstall TF2 (make sure to delete the Team Fortress 2 folder)\
Also, remove all the launch options except for -noborder and - novid, rest of them is enough to set them once and after that they just increase your load times
