as twiikuu said i think the best way to keep the cups active and potentially grow them (though having taken part in both the faceit/tftv cups and the essentials monthlies i dont have high hopes for the latter) is to keep evolving and improving them, don't do what faceit did when they release a major platform, have it die in a couple months, then release ANOTHER one (with a lot of help from the community) then have it die again in a few months

plus, by default stv demos are 16 tick. all eu servemes should have tv_snapshotrate set to 66 though (as in the optional etf2l cfg) but NA tragicservers dont. basically it means you miss out on a lot of the detail behind quick flicks and someone may appear to shoot pretty far from where their xhair ever goes

my game crashes like once a stream now, usually after a map though. i'll try resetting my cfg and going back to a pure comanglia's

noted, i need to be more on the ball with checking etf2l match times and getting them scheduled earlier, quite a few times i had to do it quickly at work the next day because i forgot :(

always been a thing, just try not to mention it so it doesnt spoil the game for others lol. ill talk to pazer, but im guessing it'd likely be a server plugin, or something like a 2 second local buffer (which would cause casters to be out of sync)

Couple notes:

• New casters this season were Samski (now departed), Lucky, Connor and Plunk, with Yohn likely joining us for next season as an analyst. We're also looking at some new producers as since I moved earlier on in the season and a few other eu producers having PC/internet issues this led to Caster Of The Season™ Beater doing more than his fair share of production, along with some help from NA streamers
  
• Vods will be up on youtube this offseason I promise, I slacked off with starting a new job recently and now theres like 30 vods to trim/export

so the directxsupport.cfg just sets a bunch of graphical options (why?). dxsupport_override.cfg i BELIEVE (don't know much about these) just sets some convars to set when you "use" dx10, 11 or 12

you can already set the ingame hardware dxlevel to whatever number you want with -dxlevel. it means nothing

following reasonable requests from authority is just what HITLER expected people to do

the video was forced to be taken down because it represents/perpetuates the abuse that was systematically given by a group to this person

purposefully reuploading the video directly against an admin's word should be bannable

It's not a map bug, it's a game engine bug, plus while the map maker can fix pixel walks you can't really fix all wallbug spots (unless you make playerclips that slope slightly away from the wall potentially? not sure on that"
