wow low level players playing a pretty new gamemode are discussing which classes would be optimal? who'd have thunk it

if you have people playing this gamemode seriously at high level for a few seasons you end up with set classes for each hold or even map, low levels will emulate high levels because 1. they're not as good at innovating and 2. spending time on strats that only work at low level is generally wasted effort

when that happens that's literally 50% of your reasons for playing 7s gone

im pretty sure i freeze/swap to my primary weapon whenever i hit my "fix all" bind, which is

bind f9 "record fix;stop;snd_restart;hud_reloadscheme"

could you be hitting something like this by accident?

people that walk forward in mge and dont play with every scrap of hp they have, i appreciate you

@olgha he's not an ambush class any more, he's literally a walk into you and you die unless you're a scout and you're far enough from him. but even then it's very annoying because of the fire particles. yes you CAN play around a pyro and counter him reasonably effectively at high level but it's very aids to do so, and slows the game down since you have to play a bit further away from chokes

unlocks such as the detonator and scorch shot dont have any real counterplay except playing faster rather than taking the slow fight, but there's times that isn't as viable
