ight so lately i've been running 10km 4 times a week and i the only thing i think about is how much i still have to run to meet my goal or how tired i am
how tf do i clear my mind and not think about that shit? cuz sometims i be listening to music and for like a solid minute i forget that i'm running you know like i'm just running on autopilot and it feels amazing til i realize that my mind is clear then i fuck it up and start thinking abt that shit again
