the cycle is basically a mix of apex and no mans sky.
it's not really a BR, to win a round you have to complete various contracts in 20mins (mine minerals, kill special mobs, capture and launch drone stations, etc). there's only 20 players whether in solo, duo, or squad and you get one respawn.
game is a blast with friends and the dm is pretty cool, worth checking out
What motherboard do you have that supports Skylake and DDR3?
highfiveIs it possible to start the tourney on Friday this time? 13 hours straight was ROUGH last lan
Yeah I remember how the Invite teams were playing from 11ish in the morning to past like 12 at night when I had already gotten home, that was crazy. I think that it would depend on how many people are able to arrive on Friday versus Saturday. If the majority of people (as I would guess) are staying Friday into Saturday night/Sunday morning this year then it may be a good idea to hold at least the placement matches on Friday.

dangerously addicting, makes you feel oddly rewarded/productive when you have a successful run and flip a bunch of stuff or the few times when you roll geared players with nothing. there's a bunch of things you can only learn by dieing, like that most of the cheap ammo you come across is useless against hard armor and that you have to aim for the head/legs when using it against pmcs or raiders.
if you don't have the gear/money to compete as a pmc vs other high gear pmcs, you either make a cheap loadout and aim for headshots/legshots, rat around (avoid everyone and just loot), do a hatchling run, or just go scav for free money. my best suggestion if you want to pmc early game is to get a geared friend to carry you, or just scav until you have enough money to get a decent loadout.
it's a weird game that punishes new players and people who can't grind for more than an hour a day, definitely isn't for everyone. it's a bit rough around the edges in some areas and the devs have been in over their heads with servers/bug reports but they're really dedicated to the game.
griffanyone still play this and are willing to let me borrow an account to try it?
tarkov is the kind of game where you probably won't have the best experience upon the first dozen tries solo unless you're with someone experienced who carries you in a stroller.
a new surge protector to replace my one from 1998, a nice canadian jacket, and some other stuff

Hi, I'm looking to play Demo on a mid main team.
My scrim schedule is pretty open and I'd prefer to scrim most days.

I've played with him for a few seasons. Positive personality, good dm, and he's proven himself to be consistent. He's shown a lot of improvement over the past year all-around.
