I successfully paid for my friend's premium and admittedly it is difficult to tell that you are paying for a friend (looks identical to paying for yourself). I searched for them in the popup window that comes up when clicking pay for a friend and then clicked on their user name. This takes you to the "Select account tier" page which looks the same as the one for yourself. From here on out you just pay for it in the normal way with absolutely no indication that you're paying for a friend let alone which friend you're paying for. Nonetheless, it works.

Hypnotizeso at the time there isn't a way to set the pitch at more than 100?
pazer"tf_dingaling_pitchmindmg" = "150" ( def. "100" ) min. 1.000000 max. 255.000000 client archive - Desired pitch of the hit sound when a minimal damage hit (<= 10 health) is done. "tf_dingaling_pitchmaxdmg" = "66" ( def. "100" ) min. 1.000000 max. 255.000000 client archive - Desired pitch of the hit sound when a maximum damage hit (>= 150 health) is done.
You can still set these values to higher values from the command line. There's a chance that if you muck around in advance settings, it will reset them to 100 if either of them are higher than 100 (see peoples' posts about viewmodel fov).
Cool, thanks!
New to ESEA here. Our team has 6 players paid up (albeit shortly before the deadline) but under the "Register and Pay" page it says not enough players paid and our status is still marked as "Pending minimum player payments." Is this just a system delay, or is this going to be a problem?
Update: I just upgraded to OS X Yosemite. I had some TF2 issues after the upgrade (connecting to a server would crash my game), this was fixed by reinstalling (validating cache didn't work). However, as soon as I got in a game, I found that my fps was back at normal and no longer capped at 60.
From reddit:
tf_mm_servermode" = "0"

- Activates / deactivates Lobby-based hosting mode.
0 = not active
1 = Put in quickplay pool (based on current map)
2 = Put in MvM pool. (Lobby will control current map)
3 = Put in Ladder pool. (Lobby will control current map)
Is the ladder pool what I think it is? Especially considering: http://teamfortress.tv/thread/19531/player-skill-rating-added-to-the-game

Everyone I know who plays on a mac has been having this problem since the update, still no fix that I know of. Changing windowed/fullscreen does not make a difference.
I've been having the same exact issue, please let us know if you have a solution.
I really like this hud but didn't use it earlier because of the really small killfeed, thanks for including instructions to increase the size and spacing! This hud is great!
