Played a tryout with him and he was much much better than when I played on a team with him. The ego thing is not noticeable anymore and he's a very solid scout. Comms were much better and there was no arguing or countercalling. He has gotten so much better since I last played with him, and hopefully will continue to do that

Great vibes when I tried out for them. Yoob is very good at pocket scout
has a huge ego that needs to be kept in check. Has a history of arguing and countercalling in scrims and matches

I wouldn't ever recommend this sensitivity unless you're okay with being terrible at all of the hitscan classes (Heavy might be an exception to this). I am completely hopeless at Sniper, and very inconsistent with Scout/Engie as a result.
As a Pyro main, and more specifically, a Flare Gun Pyro (I'm quite bad with the Shotty), the ability to be able to quickly flick your view around I feel is extremely valuable. A fast sensitivity comes in really handy in fast-paced duels with Scouts, flanking Soldiers and Spies nearing the backstab range of you or a teammate. You can often turn around and get a quick flare combo in before they can do too much damage to you or someone near you. I've managed to survive and protect my teammates in many of these situations thanks to my fast sensitivity which has made me hesitant to try anything lower. It's so comforting to know that if say a Scout gets super close to me and has amazing movement to try and throw me off, I actually might have a chance to take them down due to my ability to track them quickly (still really hard to do nevertheless!).
I totally don't mind that this sensitivity hinders my ability to play the other classes as my love of Pyro knows no bounds! I would say, however, that it would definitely be possible to get quite good using Hitscan weapons with this sensitivity if you'd put some practice in, but I do not think it's an optimum sensitivity for hitscan based weapons/classes. I have tailored my entire setup to my favourite class at the cost of playing the other classes well. If you're a player with at least 80-90% of your total TF2 hours on 1 class, it probably wouldn't hurt to sacrifice your ability to play the other classes as effectively if it means you can play your main class with maximum ease/control/comfort.
