kirbyMarisa, do you think it would be any different for anyone besides myself if within between now and 6 months, I either torrented a few games or I didn't? No, it wouldn't, because money is not going anywhere regardless if I torrent or not.
if everyone had the same thought process than game devs would go out of business. video games are a want, not a necessity. not having money does not justify breaking the law to get something you want.
that being said i don't have a problem pirating most commercial games unless i like the developer or i can see a good amount of effort was put towards the product so that it justifies its price tag. i don't believe video games should cost $60 and think its bullshit but it isn't my decision.
also get dolphin emulator and download xenoblade chronicles. that game is an easy 80 hours if you enjoy JRPG genre.
1 match a week seems like a good idea. that way esea teams will be attracted to play in it along with non-esea ones. best option imo.
woops i thought it only showed health when you had it out also. i still don't think its really op but it should probably be banned just becuase its pretty stupid
invite players in charge of knowing weapons.
i crash on initial map load, unless i load like mge first for some reason. any ideas?
a+ sniper, scout isn't that bad either.
breloomno ban on baby faces blaster? super speed here i come
think people chose not to ban it because its so bad.
after talking with torbull @ lan we shouldn't be too concerned, but we should try to get esea pug system more used.
QLIQi don't have to discuss anything with you or harbleu so get the fuck out of my business
what? i was simply asking if you had changed at all since you last played. pretty sure most of the community remembers you as an idiot who kept saying he was an invite level demoman and complaining that no invite teams ever tried him out. i meant nothing bad with my first comment, i was just checking if you had matured at all since you last played but that doesn't seem to be the case. good luck and hope you find a team, you were never an awful player just an odd person.
have you matured at all since you left? last thing i remember about you was you calling complexity faggots for not giving you a tryout on demoman and complaining about the invite illuminati.
dogglesDo you really think your team would come close to surviving for even one season with a negative record? Be honest.
Do you even remember how you behaved the last time you lost?
http://www.gotfrag.com/tf2/forums/thread/442226/
yes i do remember the last time i was on a losing team. i regret acting the way i did and think i was a faggot. but if you want the honest opinion on if i would survive on a team with a losing record then yeah, i think i would now. back then my only goal was to make lan and win, which was pretty fucking stupid. hopefully you wouldn't act like the way i did a year ago. back s8 when i joined x6 our original goal was to get about 4 wins, we never expected to go undefeated or even to make lan. if you go into the season with realistic expectations you will have a lot more fun. if your team for example went in with the expectations of winning 12 matches and ended up only winning 2 you definitely wouldn't be having fun. but if your goal is to have fun playing and maybe win a match here and there then i can assure you it is no less fun than playing in im.
anyway i voted vector in the poll becuase i feel like they would put in more effort and ultimately do a better job than you guys. good luck next season whether it be im or invite.
dogglesWhat we care about is having fun, and I happen to think Invite is where fun goes to die. That's all. Last season the teams had a 50% survival rate, and I've spent enough time there already to know why that is the case.
this is such a stupid attitude. nobody in invite is playing tf2 for money or anything like that. pretty sure everyone in invite is playing because they enjoy the game and the competition. if i was playing for any reason other than fun i would go play LoL or some other game you can actually make money from. teams may break up after the season ends but that doesn't mean they didn't have fun playing. mihalys flow broke up after s11 but i had a blast playing with that team, even coming in 4th at lan. just becuase you've had a bad experience in invite before doesn't make you qualified to speak on everyone elses behalf.
if you said you didn't enjoy playing invite then i would understand. but you keep wording it as if nobody can ever enjoying playing invite level tf2 and as if it is some blackhole that sucks out all fun from the game.
i wish i was cyzer, hes so dreamy...
