Sv_cheats 1; vgui_drawtree 1 then see what element it is and change the visibility to 0 I suppose
Thank you, it was the "hudteamgoal.res" file located in "tf/resource/ui", extracted it with GCFScape and modified every element to make it invisible.

Tips are:
1.- Take the initiative by asking her for a date.
2.- Take a position between "not too ridiculous" and "not too serious".
3.- Don't mention "the problem" until 3rd date so they'll know more other things about you (at first, most girls won't give you a chance even if they can tolerate those kinds of hobbies).
4.- Be yourself.
