Every other e-sport does 8/9 EST scrims regardless of work. They're more willing to schedule at off times. HL does 8:30/9;30 on Mondays. While we're at it, why are match times Tues/Thurs if HL has Monday matches? Would Wed/Fri not be better when Friday is essentially a free day of the week where everyone pugscrims anyways? Are we just this addicted to an old ESEA schedule?

I think a league with a 40k prizepool is a good thing, actually. I understand the apprehension because TFCL has been pretty unsuccessful, but having investment from a business is really a huge deal for the scene and I would encourage everyone to actually give the league a try.

Highly recommend finding someone around your skill or better yet slightly better than you and adding them. Compliment their hair, tell them they hit good shots, just do whatever you do to make friends so you can fight that guy
