My bad, fixed it. This method doesn't account for average build time it accounts for quickest build time which is what you should account for.

So for example;

If med spawns at 10:53 you would replace the 5 with 1 which means the earliest they will have uber will be 10:13.
If med spawns at 10:43 you would replace the 4 with 0 which means the earliest they will have uber will be 10:03.

I can read just fine, thank you. I don't think something like dyscalculia which is, most likely, self diagnosed should prevent someone from being able to add 20 to a 2 digit number especially if they are able to perform the much more arithmetically difficult task outlined above.

if they can 'add 15 then subtract a minute' just 'not very quickly' they can add 20 to any number

if you can't add 20 to any number then get your head checked
