I don't know if this happened to anyone else but my pc now runs tf2 smoothly instead of stuttering and my FPS is now normal. Was there an unnoted patch?
P.S. They fixed the viewmodel of the heavy's hand on the regular minigun(It now shows a complete hand with the arm attached unlike before)

Kellahaleentried him out last summer season, couldn't fathom why a person with that aim chose UGC. After being carried by his sniper for a few games we scrimmed a partner who we always lost 5-0 to and ended up tying, they went back and reviewed the demo and showed us. It was evident he was triggering. We confronted him about it and he admitted to triggering and left. He seemed like a nice guy but it was sad to see him cheat :/
I have played a good amount of tf2center lobbies and scout who has been well-known for cheating. Apparently rumors say he was banned from UGC (not permanently apparently). Most people tend to avoid playing in his lobbies or flat out ban him from their lobbies.

You are confusing damage done stat with accuracy stat. In the one you said he did 95% accuracy he only did 33%.
Accuracy stat is listed under "Acc" and can only be seen on maybe 30% of logs due to most servers not having all plugins for full extended stats.
