The character doesn't have much volume, and the background starts/ends too abruptly in places giving it form (which is in most cases a bad thing because you want the background to supplement, not be something on its own), not to mention the eyes and jewel on its head are super saturated. There's also a bit of pink on its face, use warmer orange/yellow colors for that instead like you did on the back leg.
I love the slight warm and cool color changes (though maybe a little too heavy in the ear) and overall color choices though.

jimbosliceI'm pretty sure it builds at one rate when the person you're healing is under 142.5% health, and at another, slower rate when they're over 142.5%. So it'd only be faster to boston basher build if the soldier is bad at building.
Boinkone reason the scout building is used is so the soldier doesn't have to waste ammo
(and so he can keep spamming)

Keep a high enough sensitivity that you can do a 180 comfortably without lifting your mouse to bring it back, adopt a good weapon switching technique that doesn't force you to scroll your wheel (taking that a step further you can bind all 3 weps to each button of your mouse (1-3) and bind uber and voice to 2 buttons on the side (pretty common these days)), and optionally you can download my HUD tailored for medics http://www.mediafire.com/?k6a44mqazadtg7y.
