It is unlikely but i wouldnt risk it. I know ESEA doesn't allow them.
you can't get vac'd for graphics injectors, vibrancegui in csgo is vasc free, so i dont see why this wouldnt be

Probably running through a terrible rescaler/rescaler doesn't deal well with 768->864 (8->9) upscaling.
Try GPU scaling.
and how exactly would i scale the cpu?
think he meant gpu scaling, and for amd, you just go into display and turn it on.
