smakersThis is a terrible guide. Disabling many of these services will not only yield no performance boost, but will actively cause issues. Disabling bitlocker encryption service blindly if you've used it to encrypt data is a problem. The secondary logon service is used to elevate a generic user account to administrator access (think UAC and similar) and will cause issues if disabled. Routing and remote access is used for internet connection sharing.
I'm not going to list each service and why this is bad; just don't do this. If you want to disable some services to see the less than 1% gain you'll get on any multi-core PC, please do adequate research before blindly disabling potentially OS/network breaking services.
