I had the same problem last season. I ended up factory reseting my computer and it worked for some reason.
Not sure if you'll do that tho.

I will be no longer trying out for teams.
I've made it into districts and state for choir and because of it, I will be having a very busy schedule and unable to play for the upcoming season. :( Sad to know, I love tf2 so much and hope to come back when everything starts to settle down.
I would be willing to sub/rosterride in the meantime.
