I timed startup time before and after with a test launch before the timing. My startup time went from 18 seconds to 8. Love you Valve.
if its the same form of identification as youtube maybe lange and people could get a program to shift the pitch on their stream to avoid detection.
Hes obviously going to be rusty, and the game has obviously changed, but the point is that it's cool to see old players come back. Who cares how he performs.

when you are at the point where you want to end the movie press O (if you are using vegas) and it will only render to that point.
I is in point where you start rendering, and O is outpoint where you stop rendering.
That way if you add more to your movie later you wont have to re add the previous audio.
Those were interactive designed specifically for steam. I don't think they would do that with a novel tbh, but valve has surprised me before.

Special Offer
Includes a free copy of Dmitry Glukhovsky's international best-selling novel "Metro 2033", the epic story that started it all.
I'm quite curious how they plan to carry this out.
How is steam supposed to distribute this novel for those that prepurchase? Has steam ever distributed books digitally before?
Windows 8 is a piece of shit for anything besides tablets/phones. It crashes, doesn't work with old drivers, and is an overall pain in the ass to navigate. All of this is from personal experience, not from just repeating what everyone on the bandwagon says.
Every other windows release is usually a piece of shit.
ME was painful. XP was incredible. Vista was crap. Win 7 is great. Thats just the most recent windows versions too, it goes back farther.
It's not hard to see the pattern.
win 8 is actually really nice on mobile devices like tablets though.
I want the 49ers to have another chance but I know it wont happen :(
