2 hours / day is definitely too much unless ur a genetic freak. make sure to take rest days and rotate muscle groups.
glad you feel like you're making a turn around though. if you need any extra motivation i definitely play at my peak when im being consistent with the gym and getting lots of sleep, and ive heard many others say the same

Also, corporations (i.e. GitHub/Microsoft) really push for this crap and then have ties to ICE and also develop drone software for the US government.

in high level league play
pocket scout > demo > flank scout > pocket soldier > roamer > medic
here I'm interpreting carry as "if you have a pop off game your team will probably win". over the course of many games I'd rate the importance of individual performance of each player in this order
pocket scout > demo > medic > pocket soldier > flank classes
imo the combo is by far the most important part of any team
