If you mean using the speakers as audio output and using the headset mic as in, I just tried that and my friends cant hear my audio this way.

Unplugging speakers changes nothing.

This also doesnt change anything.(if you meant enabling that through the audio console)

I checked and both values already are the same.

Is sample rate the same as frequency? It says my headset has a frequency of 20hz-20khz. Or how do i find it out.

I tried out some things, i can unplug the mic on the headset. When doing that my friend could still hear my audio (but it was quieter).
But when I only unplugged the mic cable, he couldnt hear himself anymore at all.

I already have echo cancellation enabled in audio enhancements and also the one in discord. I downloaded the new driver anyway. Once I have someone to test i will try again, maybe a new driver will just fix it.

It didnt come with a usb adapter, you could choose either usb or aux and I chose the aux one.

There is one cable going from the headset that splits at the end into 2.

There is no software for this, only the usb version has software afaik.

i try to not buy anything new since i already bought 10 billion things. Maybe I will give this a try if nothing else works.

My friends can hear my audio in discord(also happens in some games not only discord). But the weird thing is its only for some applications. When i turn spotify all the way up they cant hear it at all. But a video on youtube through chrome they already hear at normal volume. Also there is a physical mute button on the headset and when I press it my friends cant hear my voice but they can still hear themselves through my mic.

My headset is a lioncast lx55 (using aux) and my motherboard is a gigabyte x570 aorus elite.

What i tried:
enabling/disabling exclusive mode or audio enhancements in the mic properties.
disabling stereo mix in the recording devices

Only some apps picking up the audio makes me think its a software issue and fixable (or could it be a hardware issue?)
