i can tell by the peripherals, i always turn off my pc after using it. the monitor is always swt on display port display and on the second try it turns on everything anyways

the first time i turn it on it just turns on the tower but neither my monitor, or peripherals on startup. so i hold hte power button down to shut it off then press it again to actually turn on the whole thing

whenever i startup my pc it wont start but just light up my case, so i have to hard power off it. then i press the power button and it works.

Hey setsul i already have a 1070 but looking to upgrade almost 7 year system since its been giving me issues.
i currently have a i5 4460, 16gb, 8gb ram, and a micro mobo( i forgot) any recommendations for the new upgrades? il be playing triple A titles , streaming and just overall doing hw.
my budget for the upgrade is around ~400-500$
