take it out of the pc
Smell it, if nothing. try jump starting it, make sure to remove every component except for a fan/low risk parts.
If it wont jump start, you now know for 100% your psu is dead. Prepare to purchase a replacement.

megawacWhat should I offer on a Viewsonic VX2268wm that's been up on kijiji at $150 for a month and a half?
150CAD is a great price imo. If you can ask the buyer, make sure there aren't any high pitched noises emitting from the monitor. This could indicate failing capacitors.
DamnKetoso, maybe it's only a cpu bottlenecking problem.
I don't think so. The CPU is just slow.
Amd's philosophy since a while back (phenom 1) was that Multithreaded apps will become the norm. They threw out single threaded performance for Lots of cores and MT optimizations. Amd is still on that philosophy, Look at bulldozer.
Tf2 isn't a heavily threaded application. If it was we'd see more fps per core.
==============
OP, try using the TLB patch (only for amd)
On my past system with a PhenomII 940x4. I benched 20 frames higher on the x264 benchmark than without the patch.
is there a value set for host_framerate?
If there is, set host_framerate to 0.
We all tell each other to Listen to the comms and get frustrated after calling that spy/flank/people behind but no one seems to acknowledge till they die to it...
So...
How do you have your tf2 and mumble volumes configured.
I've tried various settings but there's always been a HUGE variance in volume within mumble. Since there isn't a Normalizer, I've raised the Output volume considerably high for a season (of highlander) and couldn't hear jack-squat from the game at all. Next couple scrims I'd play with attenuation but that got annoying and today I finished a 6s pug wondering what the hell did my teammates say?
Friggen awesome player and teammate. Mega's got a great attitude and does not let negativity affect his game! Great DM and absolutely perfect game-sense. And his schedule is dang flexible; Mega Rings SCOUT for Ugc Plat Highlander, pockets for 6s and tons of time for mge.
Does not deserve to be in Low Open. Get this man in IM.
Why the -frags?
Anyways, Great DM. Mows down DM servers.

Repeat ServerButton1 for rest of the buttons. Make sure to change all instances of ServerButton1 to 2/3/4.
Adjust the position of the ConnectPanel, then work out the button pos.
start an mvm server, get 6 people and change the map to turbine. Practice for 2min before they leave. Repeat.
It's not highlander, but it will be the closest...without any friends.
can you make changes to the first post whenever there are updates?
especially a released date.
