I've mentored brulee in the past and she has so much potential. She puts a fucking ton of effort in to get better, her mechanics are very good, and she is always willing to listen to criticism.

The biggest problem we noticed when trying her out was that she has massive trust issues stemming from her entire 6s career getting constantly baited and ignored by idiot teammates, which led to her making some panicked bad ubers and disengaging at poor times because she believed she wouldn't be protected.

She definitely has the potential to do wonders for a high open or low im team that is dedicated to improving. If that sounds like you, you'd be crazy not to give her a shot.

i have pugged a fair bit with ebsikl and he has never been toxic or tilted, he has high open dm and should do well if he doesn't feed constantly

Why isn't KOTH the standard format for 6v6?

There are no stalemates in KOTH. There are no Engineers or Pyros and only very rarely Heavies. In NA we barely even snipe on via anymore iirc, and viaduct is a much better map for sniper than, say, coalplant.

KOTH is fun to watch. There's never any downtime. People are constantly dying left and right.

We should play more KOTH.

flatline is my friend and i've always tried my hardest to build my teams around people who are dedicated to improving and who i actually have fun playing with, so even if flatline was a bit worse than p3, i would have been fine.

The chief reason we picked up p3nguin is that he was really fucking nice. He apologized when he fucked up, and he never raised his voice or accused us. He asked us what he could improve on between halves and actually did his best to work on the flaws that we told him to work on.

I think that humble, polite attitude is what is going to get you on a team that doesn't die, flatline. it's annoying as fuck playing with teammates who have huge egos and refuse to listen to criticism, and even if you aren't like that, that's the impression i got from your tryouts.
