I don't know about his past, but I've pugged with Waldo a lot recently. He is definitely a strong player, and I didn't notice any attitude, cockiness, excessive offclassing, or throwing. I hope that teams who are looking for a player will give him another chance.

"On a personal level, pre-season and the first week of ESEA have been a lot of fun. ESEA legalized the Loose Cannon this season, and I'm one of the few (only?) demomen in invite to use it. Most demos only use it for a few minutes before swapping back to pipes, but I figured I should give it a legitimate shot. I've been focusing primarily on how I can use its superior mid-range spam capabilities to my advantage: discovering new spam angles, new ways to use my ammo in mid-fights, where can I get zero-charge double-donks, and so on. After using it for the last few weeks, I'm going to end up using it for the entire season. I feel that it is a straight upgrade to pipes for any player, and it will probably be considered to be overpowered by ESEA LAN.

imo revolver>amby in 6s, you can't snipe like in hl because it gives you away, and 102+51 = you can only 2shot a medic at point blank, and if you miss, he'll regen and make it 3 anyway, also butterknife + 2 guns doesn't kill med

i pug because my team is awful (including me) and it's the highest level competition i can get :C
tf2mix picking is pretty nice, you're guaranteed to play and it's pretty active, although lately there's been a lot of permasniping and fucking around and being mean that wasn't there before :[
if there really aren't any meds on pug.na maybe i'll check it out?
inhouse pugs are fun, i never know when they're going on though so i don't play them often
