i've had this problem while using HDR. So you might try setting mat_hdr_level to 0.
Don't hate 6s, play them.

Your best prize/performance option would be to buy a good cooler and overclock your CPU.
do transparent viewmodels still work? if yes then you could make the refract material completely transparent, which would essentially disable them.
I wanted this too, but it seems like the only way to do this is to own the cosmetic multiple times with different style selected.
Not gonna lie, i'm pleasantly surprised at how it's been working so far, class limits, whitelists and just the overall smoothness of it all.
some of us are stuck in "MATCH CONFIGURING" for like 15 minutes.
Zowie FK2 with Intellimouse sensor capable of high PCS.
EDIT: oh and less button delay.
Game's performance is absolutely attrocious, ever worse than i thought, i5 3210M, GT650M SLI, not exacly amazing, but i should not be getting 15 fps. I also get every 5 second lagspike every 30 secs or so. With FPS config im rarely dropping below 90 on mids.
avaiihn...Also for me Ive been having issues with my mic sounding underwater, but it only ever happens in tf2 voice chat.
muffling voice underwater is intentional effect that can be disabled by setting "dsp_water" to "0"
