The UGC Anti-Cheat team still hasn't finished fully reviewing the demos you are talking about.
We go by the policy of innocent until proven guilty; we are not doubting the capabilities of the ETF2L Anti-Cheat team but we want to make sure that the person is in fact breaking the rules, in this case by aimbotting, before banning him/her.

Not gonna comment on the rest, but quad was not banned due to an "algorithm" and people DID review his demos.. Obviously it was dumb (as evidenced in the gryzor article explaining it) but it's not comparable. The admins are 100% different to back in the day, and at least back then there wasn't a bot that automatically told them someone was cheating that they acted on immediately. Not one person is the same as back then.. so address the new people if you like but you can't compare the two teams as if they are a part of the same hivemind that has been oppressing poor kids for this long lol
