I was just looking at your post and I am working on something similar in SFM at the moment. Unfortunately it isn't done yet but I have a couple of clips on my youtube page, which even then show just unrefined version of my work, such as the soldier stabbing people. This is all pose-to-pose.

But I'd be willing to collab on something if you like what I have to offer! Just give me 1 or 2 weeks to finish my main project and then you can tell me if my skills are satisfactory enough for you.

My video does feature a lot of hand-to-hand combat, explosions, etc, which I could easily interpret with the Demoman in another project.

Some screenshots, since that's all I have right now demonstrating my current project. Note that everything takes place on ctf_Doublecross which has no trainyard or forest, but I had added those as part of set design.
