Tambowhy did u say greetings at the end of your post

My goal is to build a high-open team for S25, the plan is to scrim during this semester as much as possible. We'd also be doing demo reviews and everything that a team does except we wouldn't be in a league.
We'd scrim the current teams participating in s24, focusing on getting better and better until we'd reach high-open status.
The advantages I see here:
-Healthier way to play tf2 (avoiding cancer lobbies, or bad pugs)
- The possibility to build a team, under no pressure.
- Enough time to find players, get along and get better.
The outcome of this projects could be either:
A team good enough to make it to playoffs or
A team good enough to make it to playoffs :))
I am interested in hearing about you, but first let me tell you about me.

Main right now is demo with 700 hours.
I've played S24 preseason with a mid-open team, a fellow partner and me got cut so the team could make it to high-open.
I have a Dallas server, although I could change it to Chicago. I can also get a Mumble Server.
I am free on all nights, I can only scrim 8:30 and 9:30 est. We wouldn't do scrims on Friday nights or Saturday
That's it
*EDIT* So far:
Scout: Corrie
Scout: Ic2
Roamer: ??
Pocket: Slowguynaut
Demo: Me, You?
Medic: You?
He is such a cool guy, I honestly think he could make a great pocket with the right team, I did notice how chill this dude is when we played together
Ambroon owes me money too
He still owes me money!!!, but yeah it's not common to see Poxie make mistakes, he is good at holding flank and at making bombs. Good fellow gamer
Added, we are mid-open team LFP for Medic and Scout
Added, tryouts this week esea open team
LFP MEDIC AND AGRO SCOUT

This is our roster, we are fully compromised to play this season. But we need Medic tryouts to start scrimming immediately.
Scrim tomorrow 8:00 pm Central, hit me up fam. http://steamcommunity.com/id/RubberGrommit/

We are looking for both soldiers, all we ask is decent DM and willingness to spend some time practicing and reviewing demos, also willingness to learn and also teach, as a team.
Add me https://steamcommunity.com/id/RubberGrommit/
EDIT: WE GOT OUR SOLDIERS, NOW WE NEED A MEDIC! AND SUBS
bearodactyljust play aids pugs/lobbies the bots in there are so unfathomably stupid you couldn't possibly program them if you tried
you could also play mge with a friend and just surf/bomb each other (afaik people get triggered when u do that to them in pub mge)
jump maps are good cause you can practice it without having to consciously have to think about the mechanics of jumping (i feel like talking to people in mumble/streaming makes it so that your brain gets used to focusing on other things as well like you would in a real 6s game, where you generally want to think about the game and not which wall to jump off or whatever)
dm or anything that gives you practice with mechanics and aiming won't hurt but at the end of the day most of the time you bomb a medic you have to double direct him so it's not really the same type of skill as spamming rockets in dm or shooting scouts running at you
Alright, thanks everyone for your help!
Hello, I've tried to figure out how to program bots... but what I found seems to be out of my reach, is there anyway to program bots by PLAYING THEM? Kind of like a record tool?
This is the idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeRywreyn_s SKIP TO 3:40
Make bombing trainning maps for everymap is my dream. With skilled bots that can surf, and if possible randomly.
Any help?
Hi, demo has been my main for quite a bit now and feel I have to take this one step further by joining a team officially. And although I have no competitive experience in any league I have been playing pugs and lobbies a lot. When I MGE I often ask people how I'd do, they'd often say I have a silver demo DM. But I still believe I have to learn a lot about: positioning, pushing/holding lasts, etc...
I have plenty of time at nights, except for Thursdays and Fridays. Any other day from 7pm to 12am, I am looking for a serious team, with players that are compromised to practice, learn and win.
My main concern is my ping, I can play at Chicago servers with 80-100 ping, New Yorks at 115 sometimes. I'd be extremely grateful If I can choose to play at Dalla's or LA's servers where I get 50-60 ping.
