Looking for an iron team to play heavy for

i prefer to main but i will sub (if sub i will continue to look for a team)

I do have one question, someone above mentioned "Iron" and "Steel" teams, what does that mean?

I do have some prior knowledge i guess then, I do know what highlander is, and I have watched some of it. Thanks for help so far, anything else you would recommend I look at?

I want to break into the competitive scene because I have been told I am quite good at the game (specifically at Gunslinger Engie) however, I have NO idea how all this competitive stuff works. I don't know any terms for things in competitive scene, all I know is I want to play on a team, I think I might be good, and I don't know where to go from there.
