The only thing I would like to have improved is to have the "pending time" decreased. A lot of times it takes 24 hours or so to claim your items. Other than that, the screenshot looks promising. Best of luck to ya.

I may have just had a few bad encounters with him but in pug me it can be difficult to play with. Whenever he messes up he brings out the "no your wrong, I'm right personality." It can be quite annoying, but other than that I feel mid open is a perfect spot for Viper.
