swattYou gotta buy it yourself man, or rather, you need to purchase an item in the Mann Co. store. You can kill two birds with one stone if you add funds to your steam wallet then purchase a key or something. That way you get both a premium steam account and a premium version of TF2.

soldier jump scripts

It really depends on how far you are trying to get in terms of being good.
If you just want to pub, might as well use it.
If you want to play competitive, but not be a really great jumper (as in wonderwall, wonderland etc.) you don't want to use the jump script, but I would recommend the crouch jump script.
If you want to become a great jumper, go full vanilla.

To combat the jumping soldiers make sure your soldiers can airshot, make sure they get ground, not just damage, make sure no one is late to mid. As a scout you want to just finish people off, make sure your team is calling out damage. You shouldn't be trying to do all the damage.
