bind it through your options menu ingame.
alright i bound it experimentally to 'o' but it still doesn't work (i have no hud or mods installed)

the developer console isn't working. it doesn't show up in the main menu when i start the game and when i join a server and press 'Esc' it is visable but not usable. i already tried to send this to Valve via 'Report Bug' (in-game) but that doesn't work either. does someone else have a problem like this?
