In addition to huds.tf (which is currently in a redesign IIRC) you can also visit the Customization subforum for HUDs. http://teamfortress.tv/forum/8/tf2-customization
As for Chris's configs, they are still good, with the exception of cl_threaded_bone_setup, I think. You can search for that command to see what it's supposed to be set to (I think Chris has it set to 0, but nowadays it's better on 1).

ChaChiThanks, mana. I also heard that only 1800 dpi is reliable on the deathadder. Is that true?
I don't think so, I use 800 without issue. But I'm not an expert on sensors. I think someone is spreading bunk if they say it's just 1800.

ChaChiI'm using a deathadder 3.5 with synapse 2.0 for my appropriate settings. Anyway I can make my mouse plug and play with the appropriate settings without using the drivers?
Just set the settings you want on Synapse and that's what it will be when you plug it in to a computer without Synapse.

Great read, Hildreth. It's definitely shaping up to be a really crazy season. I think this version of Epsilon (on paper) has the most potential to not win the season, especially with how strangely balanced (in comparison with each other) the other 3 rosters look.
