I personally think spy is only good when there's a hard stalemate, and for that reason I strongly prefer cloak and dagger over default. You can scope out their entire last setup (fuck you hidden level 3's), as well as wait for the perfect time to uncloak. crouch walking will slow the decay rate on the C&D as well, albeit you'll get where you want to slower.

don't forget cloaking as other teams med to see what ubergun they're using

do the unexpected. abuse airstrafing with your double jump, as well as when hit by projectiles. abuse terrain. don't move in straight lines.
