SevinSovereignStaticVoidHave you tried removing the FPS cap? If I remember correctly, Chris' maxframes has a warning against enabling the FPS cap.Why is the FPS cap on in the first place. Isn't the FPS cap similar to what V-sync does anyways?
I heard it helps with making sure your machine doesn't overheat.
not true whatsoever, people often cap frames to avoid weird issues with the source engine and also to match the refresh rate of their monitors.
CygnastyWhat ever happened with that "talk" the eXtv guys had with Valve/Robin? I remember them saying something like how Valve would only be interested in supporting HL at this time and then nothing.
I feel like adding a "Pro" mode to the ingame menu (similar to how players have the option to choose regular TF2 or MVM) with a basic tutorial interface would really help people understand competitive TF2 and lessen that divide.
this would be the best solution for introducing people to comp tf2 but it's a step valve is apparently not willing to take because "it doesn't appeal to most tf2 players" (of course it fucking doesn't if you don't give it a chance).
(also I'm assuming this was meant for the r/tf2 topic? I just noticed this was in another topic, I haven't had my coffee yet x_x)
honestly I can't think of a single reason to buy this over building your own (probably WAY more powerful) PC. seriously it's not that difficult, there are tons of guides and videos if you can't do it, or you can have a friend help you. also you have to buy the parts from razer and only razer (unless they license their stuff which I doubt they will do) so they can set the prices as high as they want like you said. kind of the same problem with that modular phone people keep trying to crowdfund.
cool idea but not very practical.
1. Twist ties are good for this. I like to keep some extra sitting in a drawer for stuff like that.
2. http://www.amazon.com/Etekcity%C2%AE-S-video-Computer-Converter-Adapters/dp/B00D7HMS7G/ this for the video and http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-MUMFRCA-Stereo-Audio-Cable/dp/B000A88L9E/ this for audio.
3. check your video card's control panel, might work if you change it through that.
SimCustom crosshairs on screen. Yes please.
I might be mistaken but the vg248qe already does this along with benq's 120hz as well. also this looks cool but maybe not for 800 dollars as people have said
gonna miss you fog, thanks for helping out with TFTV and stuff. have fun in csgo!

dk must have had a good lunch, comeback maybe????
try logging in and out and clearing your cookies if that doesn't work. you have a google+ account right?
it's just a thing tf2 does, nothing you can really do to fix it.
what CPU are you using specifically and is it overclocked?
