i don't know if you said this or someone else did, bluee, but there was mention of a counter-strike like radar system for spectating. are there any updates on that?

i like the quickplay ladder idea honestly, we have lots of leagues but no real NA ladders.
yes they can be easily modified. just put them in your server's cfg folder in tf and exec them from the console with rcon. add me if you need any help with that.

i'm working on a modified soap dm mod that spawns you with an absurd amount of health for a few seconds (as a "grace period"; this is how the DM mod in CS works) so you don't get fucked over by some guy camping spawn or something.

VirulenceAre you sure the lag isn't from the fact that the video is an uncompressed billion gigabyte .avi? Most media players can't handle the raws. Render out a test .mp4 in Vegas or whatever and check if it's still lagging hard.
the file i used to test it with is 500MB and my computer can handle fairly large files in VLC so i don't think that's the issue.
