TF2 launches in joystick settings

So I decided to do a boot and nuke of my hard drive because my computer is crap. When reinstalling tf2, it is unplayable because I cannot rebind any keys and it keeps switching fast weapon switch off. I have put -nojoy in my launch options and have tried exec undo360controller to no avail. I'm not sure what else to do to fix this. The console gives me this message when attempting to rebind my keys.
EDIT: Works for me now, but I still get the same error in the console

144Hz Monitor Sales?

Demariniphraxwhy are you recommending a 60hz monitor if he SPECIFICALLY asked about 144hz monitors? also if you actually believe a benq 60hz is preferable to an asus or whatever 144hz you are sorely mistaken
Have you done any research on monitors or human vision? I've spent a few hours researching this subject and I know for a fact that a high quality 60hz BenQ monitor will vastly outperform any asus monitor due to the technology they use being far more advanced. The thing about asus is they're a Chinese company, they cut corners, their workers are overworked and underpaid, and the little tiny sweatshop workers have no motivation to create quality products. On the other end you have BenQ, a company that has always preached product over profits, they focus on making the best for the best. When people with outstanding character and integrity such as Emil Christensen and Abdisamad Mohamed endorse a product, you know that it must be something special. On the other end, who does asus have to support them?
