bumpy for next season!! considering playing a last season before going off to el collegio
so far there are tumbleweeds in tryout land, can we change that please :(
I'm having similar frustrations with my tf2 career as well -- after spending some time back in the game this summer it rekindled my interest in competitive. However, I notice there are a lot of people looking and not many teams, and I don't know if I can carry the burden of leading and all the things coming with it. Just having two sides of that coin always puts me on the fence whether it concerning my return to playing the game. I'm just not sure I have the charisma to keep people sitting on their butts practicing for 2 months.
on the fence, maybe still looking

SetsulmaxieWhat should I look for if I'm looking for something that can fit my needs?Idk, maybe start telling us what your needs are?
Not sure if you need an i7.
Also no idea if you've got a decent PSU which can actually supply 550W (which would leave at least 300W for the GPU so no limitations at all) or one of those "everyone buys an oversized PSU anyway so lets just sell this 400W PSU as 550W no one will mind, btw it bursts into flames if you draw >450W" kind of PSUs.
this power supply I've had since about a year ago.
My CPU currently: Intel Core i5 4430 @ 3.00GHz
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 270X 2GB
Motherboard: ASRock B85M-ITX
All I'm looking for is an affordable upgrade to run games at higher settings than low-medium. I'm having trouble running OW right now (maybe ~40 fps?) I'm not sure whether or not compatibility is an issue; my parts were put together by people at a store and the AMD card and Intel processor might be conflicting or something? I dunno
I'm probably looking to upgrade my mobo/gpu/cpu really soon and I'm not sure how power consumption comes into play. I currently have a 550W; was looking at this cpu but I'm assuming the gfx card takes up most of the power. What should I look for if I'm looking for something that can fit my needs?
I use q and then all of my mumble/chats accidentally go qqqqqqqqlike this qqqqqqqqqq
BUMP FOR LAST MINUTE THINGS
scratch that last post, my fickle brain wanted to try something new.
looking for high serious open teams as of right now because I'm back at my comfort level on solly
dare say IM
my chair right now is currently broken. It's super worn, doesn't lean back and after extended periods of time gaming I keep getting neck stiffness. I've changed the height of my chair and table to find a better position to no success. I'm looking for some ergonomic options, maybe around a budget of $200. thoughts?
bump -- I've really been enjoying demo lately! :o
