yeah i remember last season on snakewater mid i got like 75 fps
the best i did personally (you dont have to) was cap my tf2 fps to 144 so it wasnt as much of a difference between scrims and matches
before i would go to pregame scrims with 250-300 fps and then into a match with 75-120 fps and it felt like a whole different game
you however seem like you dont even get 200 fps normally so idk how to help much here

don't think its possible for them, maybe if they find a way to add NPCs someone can try and recreate the maps or make some sort of arcade singleplayer/co-op no way they can make transitions or cutscenes
on the other hand, this is a looooot more fun than the last time i played *2years ago*
